Back to the Future: The Movie That I LOVE
Back to the Future: A Lifelong Love
“Back to the Future” has been a huge part of my life since I was a kid. I vividly remember my Uncle Joe having an RCA video disk of the movie, and I would watch it over and over again at my grandmother’s house. It was love at first sight for me. I truly believed hoverboards were real, and I was always fascinated by the time-traveling DeLorean.
Over the years, I’ve watched the movie so many times that I’ve lost count. I even had the incredible opportunity to meet Christopher Lloyd at a comic con. He was such a sweet and down-to-earth person. Meeting him was a dream come true, but my ultimate goal is to meet Michael J. Fox—he is a true inspiration to me. I know I’ll be emotional the day he passes away.
One of my favorite memories is the excitement I felt for “Back to the Future Day.” To celebrate, I watched all three movies in 4K with my younger cousins. Out of the trilogy, “Back to the Future II” is my favorite. I just love the concept of the future and the gadgets they predicted we would have.
My life goal is to own a DeLorean, even though I know they aren’t the most practical cars. But when I had the chance to sit in one back in 2014, I felt like a little kid in a candy shop. It was a dream come true, and I felt like Marty McFly himself.
I have nothing but admiration for this movie. It’s a timeless classic that has impacted my life in so many ways. I was born on July 5th, 1985, and I recently discovered that “Back to the Future” was the number one movie on the day I was born. That’s when I realized that this movie was destined to be a big part of my life.
In conclusion, “Back to the Future” has been a constant source of joy for me since childhood. It’s a film I can watch over and over again without ever getting tired of it. I’m grateful for the impact it has had on my life, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for this timeless classic.
